Ripeness Assessment: We meticulously monitor grape development, utilizing sugar content measurements and taste tests to determine the prime harvesting moment, ensuring optimal sugar levels and flavor profiles.
Harvest Methods: We employ either manual harvesting for precision and quality or use calibrated mechanical harvesters for efficiency, always prioritizing grape integrity.
Post-Harvest Handling: After collection, grapes are swiftly transported under controlled conditions, readying them for the winemaking process with minimal delay and maximum care.
